Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama has welcomed opposition’s “reasonable return” to talks with his Socialist Party, after “more than one year [of] wasted” time.
“Despite more than one year wasted in the path of conflicts taken to unreasonable extremes, one should congratulate this reasonable return to the dialogue table for the first phase of the Electoral Reform, where all OSCE/ODIHR recommendations will be integrated into the Electoral Law,” Rama twitted.
