"The attempt to make a storm in a teacup over the OSCE/ODIHR report is futile, wrong and harmful for the country, and primarily for the non-parliamentary opposition! The report certified elections as fully legitimate, and gave recommendations in support of the [electoral] reform we need!"
Rama then went on to say that “dialogue and collaboration” with the opposition was necessary to prepare the electoral reform and next general election in 2021. Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that the OSCE-ODIHR certified the June 30 local elections as “legitimate”, and that attempts to present their report differently were harmful for the country.
