Police in Tirana shot and killed a 25-year-old man this morning for disobeying orders.
The event took place in the area of Laprake at around 1:45 am. It’s reported that they asked the man to stop but he failed to obey their orders. He was executed by a police officer who has been arrested for “murder in the conditions of exceeding the necessary protection.”
The police state that the man was in possessions of a firearm that he had pointed at officers.
